Application Form for 2024 Entry

Please use this form where you are applying for your daughter to enrol at the Ursuline College Blackrock for the 2024-25 Academic Year.

Applications will be accepted for the 2024-25 academic year during our annual admissions window, Sunday 1st October to 9pm on Monday 16th October 2023.

Applications received after 9pm on Monday 16th October will automatically be placed on the waiting list. Families who are placed on the waiting list will receive further communication from the school once applications received within the admissions window have been processed.

Applicants will receive a letter detailing the outcome of their application during the week beginning Monday 16th October 2023.

Applicants must return the confirmation of acceptance slip to the school by Monday 30th October 2023 to secure a place.

Applications for Admission to the ASD Class

Our ASD class is currently full for the 2024 academic year, however if you would like your daughter to be placed on the waiting list, please complete the 2024 application form on this page. In addition students applying for the ASD class must have a primary diagnosis of Autism/Autistic Spectrum Disorder, with a recommendation from a professional (Multi-disciplinary team) stating that a placement in a special class within a mainstream school is both necessary and suitable.

Please upload the recommendation at the link below. If you have trouble uploading the recommendation, please email it to enrolmentapplications@urscorkb.com. A recommendation must be provided to the school along with an application form during application window (Sunday 1st October 2023 - 9pm Monday 16th October 2023) Failure to provide a recommendation at this time will invalidate an application for the ASD class.
